Need hotpot. Now.
I had no idea they had hot pot! You know, it's funny - I don't think I've ever ordered it out in a restaurant. Usually just had it in with family/friends.
I can totally vouch for the dim sum menu though - the stuffed fried tofu was great. I'm usually the opposite - I prefer it fried and spongy, but you're right. This tofu is soft and creamy, not chalky or bitter at all.
