The last time I ate mofongo was years ago, when I vacationed in Puerto Rico and we visited with my husband's grandmother in Aricibo. We took her out to "Senor Mofongo", kind of a family fast food place. It was very tasty, I recall.

I had lunch there today. Loved the chicken mofongo! The owner is so nice! I can't wait to go back and try other items on the menu.
