Celinabean Mystery #3: Eggs

Ok folks, you know the drill. Tell me what these eggs are (the exact name of the dish and the main ingredients) and where I got them, and you will get a $10 credit at this fine establishment.

A few hints...

They sure are ugly, eh?

This place will give you milk in your coffee.

You will never be lonely here, even if you want to be.

If there is more than one correct answer, the names will go in to a hat (or a popcorn bowl, or a soup pot) and we will pick a winner. No peeking, I promise.

If you don't know the whole answer, we will consider partial credit.

The plate gave the place away. It's from the Miss Albany Diner! By texture, I think it's Mr. Albany Eggs (cream cheese, scallions, red onion, tomatoes) but I'm confused because those look like mushrooms. Well gosh, now I'm stumped.

Partial credit please. I was just at the Miss Albany Diner this past Saturday also. Not sure, but that almost looks like the eggs with tapenade and pesto.

I think it's actually a new MAD offering entitled something like Cliff's Ugly Scrambled Eggs. Primary ingredients include anchovies, mushrooms, cheese, and eggs (of course). I have yet to work up the courage to try this. But after spending the last 2 Sundays sitting in front of the sign advertising it, my interest is piquing.

The plate gives it away: it's definitely the MAD Mr. Albany eggs, although they look a lot more green than I remember. I'll have to order them again soon...

eggs with spinach, feta, mushrooms and what looks like some yummy hash browns?

(Now that is a taste test I'd like to run--who has the best hash browns in town....)
