Chocolate Expo at the New York State Museum, Albany, NY
Anyone going to the New York State Museum's Chocolate Expo on Sunday? Here are a few pictures I took of yummies from the Chocolate Gecko in Albany to get you in the mood.
I went there purely for artistic purposes, you see.
The white chocolate pictured above is the first white chocolate I've ever liked. For me white chocolate is a little like non-alcoholic beer, what's the point? But this was good, really good. It was a tequila lime white chocolate with just the right amount of salt on top.
OK, now that I write this I'm noticing the whole booze connection. Maybe you can have "real" chocolate or booze, but you gotta have one of them.
Anyway, here is another shot from the Chocolate Gecko collection. If work allows, I am going to try and make the Expo. Cheers.
